Shepherd Corner
As a full time pastor for 14 years, I have witnessed trials, struggles and rejections of fellow pastors as well as other christian workers. I have come to realized that one of the most "UNMINISTERED" persons in the world are the ministers themselves. According to the survey, 70 % of them don't even have someone they can call their friend and only 6% of the pastors today believe that they have the gift of leadership. Indeed, such findings has opened my eyes to a seemingly hopeless situation of pastor and has taken my heart hostage!
Since society cannot flourish without Godly pastors, what will happen, if this situation continues? This spurred me to pursue a vision in my heart. Hence, in 2006 Jesus our Loving Shepherd Ministries was born with the aim of encouraging Christian workers, who feel rejected in the Christian community to continue the task and purpose for which God has created us establishing and equipping them for their Christian mission; loving and helping them in their needs as a good minister who will all emerge as a "model shepherd" on earth like our Lord Jesus.
This may take years and years of constant endeavor. But with a lot of prayers and support from each other we will all succeed.
May the Lord Bless and Help us become a "model shepherd" like Jesus.
