“We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.”

I admit, I am so addicted to chat, hehehehe. And I have a chat mate name Jack. He told me that he was imprisoned because of using illegal drugs. He said, he has no family that he can say is a good one, a friend he can say a true friend and He don’t believe in God.

One time, we talked about our Christian lives. I asked him “How are you now? How’s your Christian life?” (Maybe he was tired of hearing this question from me) he said, “I’m doing good, I am reading bible now, I am reading 1 Peter”. (1 Peter is a book in the bible, its all about the Christians persecution) It’s good to hear those words from a person who has faced different trials in life.

The next day, he opened up to me about his job. He told me that he was accused of stealing in his work. I was surprised and asked him what he did. “I really want to quit in my job, but on my way home I saw a little bag” he said. He showed me a green paper bag with a large word imprinted TRUST GOD. “And then the next day, our supervisor checked the hidden camera of the shop and they saw the lady who stole money from the counter”.

Oh! I don’t know what to say. God is so great. I gave Jack my life verse Romans 8:28.

Sometimes because of many problems, we want to quit. We think that there’s no reason for us to go on. And we just cry and cry. But do we think why about it is happening to us? Sometimes we ask Jesus, Are you still there?

Our God has His own purpose, a purpose that can change our lives. But it will depend on you, it will depend on how you will trust Him and on how you will give it to God’s hand.

Like Jack, because of that green little paper bag he learned how to trust God. So everything has a reason. Who would've expected that God would've used a paper bag to make Jack realized all things work together for good because God loves him.

All things work together for good! So don’t be afraid, rely on God’s words. Do not be worried. Just TRUST GOD.
